These terms govern your use of www.flexinai.com (the "website") operated by FLEXINAI LLC ("FLEXINAI"). Engagements (paid projects, retainers, audits) are governed by a separate signed agreement that overrides anything below.

You may not scrape, crawl, mirror, redistribute, reverse-engineer or use the content commercially without prior written consent. Automated access by AI assistants and well-behaved crawlers is allowed within the limits set in our robots.txt and llms.txt.
All content on www.flexinai.com — text, logos, schemas, illustrations, code samples — is owned by FLEXINAI LLC or its licensors. Trademarks and brand names of third parties (clients, partners, tools we use) belong to their respective owners and are shown for reference. Open Graph and brand assets may be used under fair use for editorial coverage; any other commercial reuse requires prior written consent.
When we deliver work to a client, the deliverables (code, configurations, runbooks) are transferred to the client per the signed engagement. We retain rights to generic patterns, libraries and internal tools we developed before or outside of the engagement. The signed Statement of Work for each engagement takes precedence over these Terms wherever they conflict.
Every paid engagement starts with a one-week audit. By Friday of audit week the client receives: a written audit report (8 to 12 pages), a working prototype of at least one priority automation deployed in the client's environment behind a feature flag, a brief runbook documenting what we did, and a scope for the build phase. If we fail to deliver the working prototype by Friday of audit week, we refund 50% of the audit fee on written request, no questions asked. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days to the original payment method.
Production deliverables include a 30-day stabilisation window during which we fix bugs in the delivered work at no additional cost. Ongoing retainers, when subscribed, include: response within one business day for non-critical issues, response within four business hours for production outages affecting the systems we built, and a quarterly review of system performance and instrumentation. Retainers are cancellable with 30 days written notice; pre-paid retainer months are refunded pro-rata for unused time.
Content on the website is provided "as is" for general information. We make no warranty that it is exhaustive, error-free or current. Benchmarks, ranges and figures cited on the website or blog are operator observations or third-party references; specifics that matter to a contract (pricing, scope, timelines, performance commitments) are confirmed in writing during an engagement and govern over any blog or marketing copy.
We link to LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Cal.com, WhatsApp and a few client websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those third-party sites.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will first be submitted to confidential mediation in English; mediator fees are split equally. If mediation fails within 60 days, disputes will be settled in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. For EU-based clients invoking GDPR rights, the supervisory authority of the client's place of residence remains competent for personal data matters in addition to the Wyoming forum for contractual disputes.
We may update these terms as our practices evolve. The latest version is always at https://www.flexinai.com/terms. Material changes affecting active engagements are notified by email with a 30-day notice. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance for general visitors.
